Cathi and Jeff
Cathi Uyemura-Reyes and Jeff Uyemura-Reyes are a mother and son team, Principal Broker and Broker-in-Charge of Global Executive Realty respectively. Since establishing their Waikiki office in 2004, this boutique company has focused in serving their clients in the sales and acquisitions of single family residences, condominiums, and investment properties.
The clients come from different parts of the United States, Canada, South America as well as Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. As you can read in some of their clients' testimonials, quite a number found Cathi and Jeff on-line and long after the real estate transactions are over, their clients have remained personal friends.
Aside from managing a successful real estate practice, Cathi is a serious practitioner of Tai-Chi, Yoga and Qui-Gong. With her educational background in arts and languages, Cathi also applies herself to drawing and painting. Additional time is set aside for shamisen practice (3 string Japanese instrument) and travel. Cathi is a seasoned baker and loves to bake bread, cakes and cookies for her husband, family and friends.
Jeff is a certified scuba diver and he enjoys diving and snorkeling. He plays basketball and coached women's volleyball teams. Jeff has mentored at risk students both in Hawaii and in Colorado where he attended the University of Denver. Jeff also volunteers his time as a judge at high school speech and debate tournaments. His skill in dealing with sophisticated clients comes from his maturity in having taught leadership programs. Jeff is an avid contract bridge player and he travels to regional and national championship tournaments every year. If you meet a handsome Great Dane at one of the parks around the island, approximately the size of a small horse, it might be Jeff and his wife, Jenny's dog, Delilah.
